米酢 35ml
水 20ml（※重要）
砂糖 小さじ１
粉からし 小さじ二分の一
塩 少々
胡椒 少々
これらを混ぜて砂糖を溶かしてから
オリーブオイル 35ml
ごま油 35ml
を少しずつまぜ加える 本当は水に浸した刻みタマネギを入れるんだが それなしでもすごくうまい

伊達「二人で住んでいた頃はよく自炊していましたから」
富澤「唐揚げを２キロ、作ったりしたよな」
伊達「夜中に腹が減ったもんだから、『肉のハナマサ』で鶏のもも肉を２キロ買ってきて、揚げたんだよ。唐揚げ弁当を買いに行けばいいんだろうけど、その時は“それじゃ足りない。もっと食べたい”と思っちゃったから」
富澤「深夜に二人で唐揚げパーティーだよ」
伊達「また、富澤が鶏を揚げるのがうまいんだ。朝一でどんどん、唐揚げができあがっていくの。ちょっと寝て、目が覚めるとどんぶり一杯の唐揚げが待ち受けている(笑)」
富澤「子供の時だと、親が作った唐揚げは量に限度があるでしょ。それ以上に食べたかったんだよね」
伊達「富澤の唐揚げはうまかったな～。また食べたくなってきちゃった。富澤が主催すると二人きりの唐揚げパーティー、僕が主催すると二人きりのお好み焼きパーティーなんだよな(笑)」
